Our Story
The Chemical Free Me is a family owned and operated business that has a passion for creating healthy products for the whole family to use. The human body is not made to process the exorbitant amount of 
chemicals we come in contact with on a daily basis. It’s been a long standing goal for us to make our environment as free from toxins as possible.
Four years ago my youngest son was born with Down Syndrome. I dove head first into research to learn everything I could about giving him the best opportunities possible. I learned that individuals with Down Syndrome have an even more difficult time processing toxins than the general population. That made our goal of a toxin-free environment much more personal, and much more significant.
Many products that are used every day by families contain harmful chemicals, that I did not feel comfortable putting on my children or myself. Knowing the benefits of using natural and organic products, I still struggled to find products that worked effectively or met my high standards. It became extremely frustrating trying to find products that my family could feel comfortable using that didn’t sacrifice healthy benefits for less expensive or desirable ingredients. With the help of my sister, who had a line of flower essences for several years, we merged our talents and products to bring you The Chemical Free Me.
Our Mission
Our mission is always to make a high quality product with the best possible ingredients from trusted sources. We make a conscious decision not to sacrifice benefits of healthy ingredients with less expensive ‘filler’ ingredients. In addition, we always double check our desired ingredients in Environmental Working Group’s (EWG) Skin Deep Database to verify the ingredient is not harmful. All of our products reflect the best possible combinations for each need, while leaving the synthetic ingredients out! Our Goal
Our goal is to keep your families as safe from harmful chemicals, as we are keeping ours, at an affordable price. Affordability was another issue we learned about when searching for products. It seems that many truly safe and desirable products are out of reach price wise for some families. Healthy products should not be a sacrifice because of price.
We also want to share with you the knowledge we have gained over the years. There are many simple ways to avoid unhealthy chemicals in your daily life and routine aside from our product line. There are also many emotional and physical benefits for using essential oils and flower essences, and we would love to share that knowledge with you.
